Dr. P. Phillips Hospital (formerly Sand Lake Hospital) is a 47,000 square foot, full-service medical and surgical facility located in Orlando, Florida. It is a part of the Orlando Regional Healthcare System.
GRAEF provided limited smoke control commissioning services and inspections as required in the Florida Building Code Section 909 for the atrium portion of the building. The $40 million construction project was completed in October, 2008.
