Briarwood Subdivion Sanitary Sewer Extention

The Briarwood Subdivision often experienced sanitary problems during wet weather periods. To replace the aging septic tanks, the City asked GRAEF to design and prepare the extension to connect the subdivision to the City’s sanitary sewer service. GRAEF worked closely with officials to provide the most cost-effective solution to keep the resident’s sewer assessments reasonable. GRAEF also visited with each homeowner to find out where they wanted the home sewer lateral located and answer questions or concerns about the project.
