Bayshore Town Center

The City of Glendale and North Shore communities have a new destination to experience local and national shops and stores in a small town square setting. Bayshore Town Center is a mixed-use combination of retail, residential and entertainment development that has grown out of the historic Bayshore Mall.

The $360 million Bayshore Town Center contains approximately one million square feet, including approximately 600,000 square feet of retail space, 200,000 square feet of office space, townhouses, and three new parking structures. Much of the new development is outdoor-oriented with narrow sidewalks for pedestrian traffic and on-street parking available in front of stores.

In addition to specialty retail stores, Bayshore Town Center offers restaurants, a health club, a health clinic, office space, a movie theater complex, a specialty grocery store and a comedy club.

GRAEF provided structural, site/civil, mechanical/electrical/plumbing/fire protection engineering, landscape architecture and construction staking for the redevelopment.

The project was completed for the holiday shopping season of 2006.
