Grange Avenue Roundabout
The project consisted of a single lane roundabout at 116th Street and W. Grange Avenue and included complete design of plans and specifications for approximately 0.90 miles of roadway, including the relocation and reconstruction of an undivided rural roadway from New Berlin Road to South 113th Street; relocation and reconstruction of a divided urban roadway with storm sewer from South 113th Street to South 108th Street; and construction of a modern roundabout intersection at South 116th Street.
The project was a 3-party contract in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Southeast Region and the Village of Hales Corners. The construction cost is approximately $1.2 million.
