DPW Tire Shop Operations Study
GRAEF studied the City of Milwaukee DPW’s Tire Shop operations to determine the basic operational requirements, benchmark similar operations, develop a space utilization program, propose alternative space configurations to enhance the efficiency, and provide design services for the relocation of the operations. Prepared schematic drawings illustrating alternative facility configurations and construction drawings of the selected alternative.
