Flor De Bayahibe Resort and Community

GRAEF has designed, provided master planning services, and preliminary engineering for this Caribbean Resort and Community. This resort and golf community is located on the southern shores of the Caribbean Sea in the Dominican Republic. This 350-acre site will be comprised of three main districts; the hotel and cabanas, the village, and the golf course community. The overall intent of the design is to create a high-end residential community in which permanent residents, winter residents, and hotel guests would have all the amenities of a typical Caribbean resort.
