Treviso Bay

GRAEF provided engineering consulting services for the development of Treviso Bay, an ultra-luxury lifestyle community located just minutes from downtown Naples. Treviso Bay features a Tournament Players Club golf course designed by Arthur Hills and Hal Sutton, 1,200 home sites and a marina with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.

GRAEF prepared planning documents to obtain various permits through agencies with jurisdiction over the development; prepared grading plans, stormwater management plans and construction plans; a grand, 192-foot-long five-span entry bridge; and provided complete engineering and construction documents for the Entry Gate Houses and the 7,445 square foot Welcome Center. Additionally, GRAEF provided engineering design of a community Lifestyle Center with a 36,000 square foot fitness club, resort-style aquatic area, eight tennis courts, and TPC golf course with a 42,000 square foot Golf Course Clubhouse, starter building, parking, and a temporary clubhouse.

GRAEF provided complete engineering for The Odyssey Marina, a one-and-a-half acre commercial/marina site for the residents of Treviso Bay. The Odyssey features 158 boat slips, dry storage, 16,000 square feet of amenity space; and will achieve the Clean Marina designation
