Utilizing value stream mapping, GRAEF worked closely with Wagner’s production staff to develop the parameters of a lean manufacturing environment. The formation of new manufacturing cells was an important first step in the development of the overall plant layout. GRAEF provided architectural and engineering design services to renovate an existing 65,000 square feet building to house the company's manufacturing operation. GRAEF also provided architectural and engineering design services for the construction of 40,000 sq ft of addition space including a high-bay, narrow-aisle warehouse, shipping and receiving area, and docks.
