Hilldale Shopping Center Expansion and Renovation

Hilldale Shopping Center, minutes from the center of Madison, has been serving shoppers since 1962. The redevelopment and expansion adds exciting new life-style components providing additional retail to complement an upscale tenant mix.

Initial development includes an additional 50,000 square feet of new retail, renovation of the existing entrances and façades, and structured parking for 650 cars. In addition, the development will include 40 residential condominium units. Future development will incorporate additional retail, restaurants and renovation of an existing grocery store.

GRAEF provided structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for the new retail, residential and renovation to the existing center.

In addition, the development will include 40 residential condominium units. Future development will incorporate additional retail, restaurants and renovation of an existing grocery store.

Phase I was opened in 2005. Phase II is scheduled for completion in late 2006.
