DPW Northwest Garage Operations Study

GRAEF studied the City of Milwaukee DPW’s Northwest Garage Repair Shop operations to determine the basic operational requirements, develop a space utilization program, and propose alternatives to enhance the efficiency, safety and security of the repair shop operation. Developed a benchmarked for operation through comparison with two similar, private truck repair facilities. Prepared schematic drawings illustrating four alternative facility configurations and two site alternatives with construction cost estimates of each of the alternatives.
