GRAEF Headquarters named one of Milwaukee's Coolest Offices

Our transformation of the former Grand Avenue Mall in Milwaukee, WI to our new corporate headquarters has been named one of "Milwaukee Business Journal's Coolest Offices".

"We took full advantage of the unusual footprint and the huge volume and natural light from skylights," said Graef senior vice president Lori Rosenthal. "Leaving structural and mechanical elements exposed in many areas helped us reflect some of the work we do. We also took the opportunity to really showcase our creative lighting design throughout the space.”

GRAEF was the first new tenant to move into the former mall’s west arcade, which is being converted into offices and a first-floor food hall. GRAEF occupies 37,500 square feet in The Avenue, and moved from the Honey Creek Corporate Center near the Zoo Interchange.

The winners will be featured on the Milwaukee Business Journal's website over the next two weeks. After all of the winners are featured, a readers' poll will determine the ultimate winner of the 2020 Milwaukee's Coolest Office award.
